The Apartment

Situated in The Anchorage residential complex, Ses Illetas (‘Eel-yet-ass’) above the beaches and anchorage of Cala Comptesa, the apartment is 22 km from Palma airport and 15 km from Palma city. Sipping a cocktail from the private balcony, you can watch the yachts and cruisers sail by in the bay of Palma or as you dine in the evening. The exclusive port of Puerto Portals is situated just 10 minutes away, where you can berth your yacht or eat out at the many and varied restaurants as you rub shoulders with the world’s rich and famous/notorious.  

The apartment, which is an air-conditioned duplex, comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 full sized bathrooms, a living room with satellite tv and double sofa bed, a separate fitted kitchen with all facilities including dish washer, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob and cooker. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine.

There are private facilities for owners, including a library with internet facilities, a children's play area, spa, gym, and a club house.

The marina of Puerto Portals also offers a variety of family activities all-year round, which combined with the local sports facilities, make The Anchorage Club an ideal location for a fun-packed family holiday in Majorca.

The city of Palma is not far either. In just 10 minutes you can be on the Paseo Maritimo where you can wine and dine while choosing the style of your next mega-yacht (assuming that you win the Euro millions lottery). Palma has so much to offer that we are sure you will have delightful memories for years to come no matter what your taste is.
